脳卒中片麻痺者への運動療法の効果判定として、歩行評価を行う事は日常的にある。

現状は方法が決まっていない

日常的に行われている歩行評価。これには快適歩行評価と全力歩行評価があるが、どちらの評価が有効的かと一致した見解は無く、どちらかorどちらも評価することが多い。日常的に行う評価だが、両者行うには臨床家には時間がかかる。これはちと困る

It is evaluated that the poststroke hemiplegic patient’s walking is daily. The evaluation becomes the effect judgment of the therapeutic exercise. The evaluation is executed by either a preferable walk or high-performance walk. The walking performance in post-stroke hemiplegic patients needs to evaluate in therapeutic exercise. Current evaluation is the walking speed in 10-m trail with either preferable walking or high performance walking. However, no standard method has been shown.

we evaluated the walking performance in poststroke hemiplegic patients by both preferable walk and high-performance walk by using the wireless motion inertia sensors with an embedded tri-axial accelerometer and angular velocity sensor.
